COPY THAT! sells one-time credit packs (200, 700, or 1,500 copies). There is no subscription. This policy explains when you can get a refund.
Credits are digital goods delivered instantly to your anonymous account after payment. By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately.
If you haven't used any copies from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We refund to your original payment method.
Once you've started using a pack, the used portion is non-refundable, because the service has already been provided. (EU customers: by using credits immediately you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to credits already used.)
If the extension fails to deliver what you paid for — for example, it repeatedly can't read text due to a fault on our side — contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
Email getcopythat@gmail.com with your anonymous user ID (found in the extension's storage) and the email you used at Stripe checkout (or your receipt). We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
